Job Description

• Regularly monitor and update the personnel situation of the business sector of the whole company.

• Train, support and guide Recruitment Specialists to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in work.

• Make recruitment plans and recruit personnel for Business/Recruitment Sector positions according to the Company’s plan.

• Monitor recruitment results of the Recruitment Department.

Requirements

• Agile, responsible, eager to learn, progressive in work.
• Proficient in office computer skills – Gender: Male Female (Good looking).
• Age: 26 – 35 years old.
• Experience in recruitment, knowledge of real estate is an advantage.
