Job Description
• Research and learn about labor resources to have a recruitment and training plan for the Recruitment Division to promote good capacity.
• Organize, plan and implement tasks related to Recruitment – Human Resources to ensure adequate resources for the Company.
• Be responsible to the Board of Directors for the management and operation of the Recruitment Division and other tasks within the scope of responsibility.
Recruiting for Senior positions: Sales Manager, Sales Director, Branch Director.

Requirements
• Agile, responsible, eager to learn, progressive in work.
• Proficient in office computer skills – Gender: Male Female (Good-looking).
• Age: 30 – 40 years old.
• Have at least 03 years of experience in recruiting and team management in the Real Estate, Insurance, Securities Finance, …. or headhunt units.
