Job Description

• Deploy plans from the Company to all levels of implementation.

• Build and ensure team resources (Sales Manager, Sales Specialist) to achieve weekly – monthly – quarterly – annual sales targets.

• Plan strategies and short-term, medium-term and long-term business development orientations for the Sales Division based on the Company’s development orientation.

• Coordinate and advise the Board of Directors to develop business strategies, report to the Branch Director and General Director.

Requirements

• UV has experience in a similar position, at least 03 years of experience in Townhouse Real Estate
• Have a high sense of responsibility, passion for sales, enthusiasm for the profession.
• Have experience managing a team of 100 employees
